AI workflow playbooks, one business workflow at a time.
Each playbook takes one concrete workflow an AI agent or automation can
run inside a company and lays it out plainly: who owns the problem today, what the system
does step by step, which tools it touches, where a person signs off, what to measure, and
what can go wrong.
They are written for the operator who has to live with the result, not for a demo. No
promised percentages or hours saved: those depend on your volumes and your data, so each
playbook tells you what to measure instead. Use them to scope a pilot, to pressure test a
vendor pitch, or to decide whether the work belongs in a product you buy or a system you
own.

SEO content briefs from search data Turn Search Console queries, ranking pages, and customer questions into briefs that tell a writer what the searcher needs and what to cite. owner: content lead or seo manager
Lead quality signals back to ad platforms Report which leads qualified and closed back to Meta and Google so their delivery systems stop optimizing for cheap form fills. owner: marketing ops

Contract intake and clause extraction Extract term, renewal, liability, payment, and termination clauses from each incoming contract and flag where they depart from your standard positions. owner: in-house counsel or contracts manager

how to use a playbook
Start with the owner. If nobody owns the workflow today, automating
it will not create an owner. Name one before you build.
Keep the checkpoints. The human approvals in each playbook are where
mistakes get caught cheaply. Remove one only after the numbers say it never catches
anything.
Measure the baseline first. Capture the current numbers for a few
weeks before launch so the comparison afterward means something.
Pick build or buy per workflow. Some of these are solved by a
product you can switch on this week. Others touch enough of your own systems and rules
that a product only covers part of the work. Each playbook says which way it tends to
go and why.
Insomnia Club scopes and builds these as fixed-budget engagements with working software
every two weeks. See AI implementation , or the
answers on the FAQ .
