01What does Insomnia Club do?

Insomnia Club is an AI-augmented software development agency established in 2022. We build custom software in three areas, kept deliberately narrow: AI implementations, mobile apps, and game development. Business operators and engineers work as one team on every engagement.

02What does custom software development cost?

Every engagement is a scoped plan with a fixed number agreed before work starts, and change requests are priced before they are started, never after. As a public reference point, Nestwell came to us with a $30K budget and raised over $1.2M after shipping what it bought.

03How long does a project take?

Working software lands in your hands every two weeks from the start of the build. Total length depends on scope, which is fixed up front, so the timeline is set when the budget is, not discovered along the way.

04What is AI-augmented software development?

A small senior team using AI tooling throughout the engineering process to cover ground that used to take a much larger team, with the same review discipline a bigger team would apply. On Pinned Golf, that approach reduced the engineering need from five engineers to one.

05How does the process work?

Four steps. Diagnose: we start with the P&L, not the tech stack. Fix the budget: a scoped plan with a number you can take to the board. Build in the open: working software every two weeks, with our engineers and your operators in the same room. 07Do you work with our existing team or replace it?

We work in the open with your people. Our engineers and your operators sit in the same room throughout the build, which is why scope conversations end in decisions instead of tickets.

08Where is Insomnia Club located?

We are based in South Florida and work with clients worldwide. Engagements run remotely by default, with the same two-week working-software cadence wherever the client is.

09What happens after launch?

We stay. The last step of every engagement is operate and compound: measuring what shipped, hardening what works, and retiring what does not earn its keep. Supreme Dental's two apps are live in the stores and maintained past launch day.
