03no credits, no tokens
Most AI employee products bill by credits. Viktor, Lindy and Sintra all meter AI work in credits on top of a plan price (we compared them in AI employee pricing). Credits track model usage, so the busier your AI employee is, the more it costs, and a month is hard to forecast before it happens. Scheduled work counts too: a job that checks your inbox every fifteen minutes spends credits every fifteen minutes.
Insomnia Club does not meter anything. You pay one monthly price for the app, your coach and your experts, and your AI employees run on your own Claude subscription from Anthropic (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise). Claude plans have usage limits that Anthropic sets, and a heavy user may move up a plan, but no task, schedule or report ever carries a per-credit charge from us.
