1. Usage and workflow audit. We look at who is using Claude today, for what, and where the highest value workflows are by team. If you have not deployed yet, we start with the workflows.
2. Fix the budget. A scoped plan with a fixed number for setup, integrations, builds, and training. Change requests are priced before they start.
3. Connect and configure. Integrations, shared projects, and policies in place, shipped in two week increments, starting with the team where the return is clearest.
